Thanks to all the attendees for helping to make this years event a great success and congratulations to Michael!

The 11th Eastern Gravity Meeting will be hosted by the Institute for Gravitation and the Cosmos at Penn State on May 12-13, 2008. The meeting will be held at the Atherton Hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of Penn State University.

Researchers and students in all areas of gravitational physics are welcome: classical and quantum gravity, theory, observation, computation, and experiment. Students are especially encouraged to attend and contribute talks. The American Physical Society Topical Group on Gravity will award a $200 prize for best student presentation.

Registration

EGM11 will follow the usual informal format. No registration fee is charged and no financial support is provided. But we do require a headcount for the meeting room and coffee breaks, so please register even if you are not giving a talk or are local.

To register please click on the "Register" button below. Remember to include your name, institutional affiliation, talk title (if any), and whether or not you are a student (graduate or undergraduate).

Talks

We will try to accept all talks and give all presenters equal time (approximately 15 minutes based on past experience). If we are overloaded with talks and cannot accommodate them all, student talks will be given priority. The schedule of talks is now available.
